All products we promote are certified organic, independently tested for heavy metals and made from natural ingredients. Even with this level of quality, we recommend speaking with your healthcare practitioner about your personal health needs before using any product.

These products are regulated under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 and Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990. They can only be supplied after a consultation with a qualified healthcare practitioner, and you must hold a recognised practitioner qualification or current membership with a recognised Australian association.

TGA-recognised practitioners include Ayurvedic practitioners, herbalists, homoeopathic practitioners, naturopaths, nutritionists, traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and podiatrists.
It also includes medical practitioners, psychologists, dentists, pharmacists, optometrists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, nurses, midwives, dental hygienists, dental prosthetists, dental therapists and osteopaths.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. The cost is included in your order total. You can learn more about shipping rates through Australia Post.

Yes. For urgent Express Post orders, please select Direct Deposit at checkout. This allows us to receive the order without charging you immediately. Our customer service team will then contact you with the exact Express Post cost.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment is received. Delivery times follow Australia Post’s standard guidelines:
Metro to metro: 2–4 business days
Other areas: 3–5 business days

Yes. Verified wholesalers and practitioners can apply for a wholesale account. Once approved, your account will automatically include bulk pricing where applicable. To apply, complete our Wholesale Account Application form.

USDA organic certification means every product has been produced using approved, sustainable methods that protect ecological balance and avoid synthetic fertilisers, sewage sludge, irradiation and genetic engineering. Certification is verified by an independent third party.

Yes. Every batch of herbs is independently tested in the USA for arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury. When used as directed, all products meet the safety standards set out in ANSI 173 (American National Standards Institute/National Sanitation Foundation International Dietary Supplement Standard).

We aim to keep all products in stock so we can ship your order quickly. However, because our products are organic and produced in small batches, occasional stock shortages may occur. We appreciate your understanding when this happens.
