Brahmi Oil and Nasya

Brahmi Oil is great to massage into my head most mornings. My hair is thicker, and I am calmer as a result. The Nasya has a pleasant scent. I understand it opens the nostrils and helps with brain function, so I’m going with that. Thanks a lot.
